All our suites are brand new! Everything has been taken care of to you ensure satisfaction and quality.

Not with your written permission! Our maintenance team can go in and get it taken care of for you. You can expect a follow up after it's done!

Yes, we have an amazing team available Monday-Friday or after-hours for emergencies also.

Just submit a maintenance request online! We can get this looked at for you right away.

Luckily, we have an after-hours resident manager! Just call 866-863-7372 and we'll get you back in!


Yes! Parking in our garage is $150/ month or we have a private lot with free parking also.

Some of our amenities include Starbucks Coffee, 24 hr Fitness Center, Business Center, Grilling area & Outdoor entertainment area! We also have amazign monthly resident events and continental breakfast!

Our outdoor entertainment area is open until 10 pm!

Yes, we are pet friendly with the exception of a few breed restrictions and we have a 35 lb weight limit.

All our suites come with the upgraded necessities! This includes Fridge (with ice maker/water filter), Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer (All Samsung!)

We need your photo ID and income proof within 48 hours of your application. If we get these things within that window we can usually get you approved within 24 hours!

We have a great online portal for easy rent payments! You can use a bank account, credit card or debit card.

Yes, or we can supply it for you for just $14.95/month!

Yes we do have options for you. Should you find yourself in this position there is a buy out fee equal to 2 months rent and a 60 days notice or if you find someone to fulfill the rest of your lease we can let you out at no expense!

This is the best part, we take care of setting up electric and water for you!

Trash is included in your Live Well fee but electric and water are separate bills.



We are located at 1145 Chambers Rd. Not far off the intersection of Kenny & Chambers! You'll see balloons right out front and you can't miss us. Free parking is also available directly across the street.
